The program is open to general users who want to try the latest iOS and iPadOS Beta before it is officially released to the public. But this version still has many shortcomings and bugs.
So far, there is no information about any new features in Beta 2. It is estimated that Apple only released this Beta 2 update with bug fixes and system improvements compared to the Beta 1 version.
